EWTS5GXB21 is a EWTS5G series, 6-in-1 sensor. It is a 6DoF inertial sensor with functional safety standard ISO26262 compliance for automotive applications. This sensor consists of 3 acceleration and 3 rate sensing elements on a single MEMS chip. The MEMS, ASIC, and ap are directly bonded at wafer level and packaged. This enables the 6-in-1 sensor to be compact, highly accurate, easy to install, and highly reliable. Typical applications are automotive (traction control systems, electronic stability control, roll stability control, pitch stability control, rollover airbag systems, adaptive cruise control, adaptive front-lighting systems, other safety chassis stability), non-automotive (motorcycle, agriculture or construction machine, AGV or AMR and Forklift, drones, industrial robot, E-bike).
- Functional safety compliance (ISO26262) for automotive safety systems
- Compatible with ASIL-D functional safety system development
- 6DoF sensors on one single MEMS chip with high accuracy for more system design flexibility
- Acceleration axis enable compact and simple ECU system design
- Supply current is 10mA, supply voltage range from 3.0V to 3.6V
- Sensitivity is 50LSB/dps typical at (VDD = 3.0V to 3.6V)
- Linearity error is +1.0%FS maximum at (VDD = 3.0V to 3.6V)
- LPF cut-off frequency is 60Hz typical at (VDD = 3.0V to 3.6V)
- Start-up time is 0.25s maximum at (VDD = 3.0V to 3.6V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
