Product Overview
ETQP4M100YFN is a PCC-M0645M series power choke coil (automotive grade). High vibration resistance as result of newly developed integral construction, under severe reliability conditions of automotive and other strenuous applications. This highly reliable series power choke coils for automotive applications feature Panasonic's exclusive metal core type technology allowing high heat resistance. Metal composite technology results in a nearly linear inductance vs. current performance. AEC-Q200 compliant for automotive applications as well as other strenuous environments, including exposure to high temperatures, along with a high tolerance to vibration, which ensures optimal quality and reliability. Recommended applications include noise filter applications for various drive circuitry requiring high-temperature operation and peak current handling capability, Boost-Converter, and Buck-Converter DC/DC.

- Industrial property : patents 21 (registered 2 / pending 19), suitable for height-restricted designs
- High-reliability, high heat resistance: operation up to 150°C with self-heating (180°C short time)
- Size is 6.0mm x 6.5mm × 4.5mm ( LxWxH)
- High bias current : excellent inductance stability using ferrous alloy magnetic material
- Temp. stability :Excellent inductance stability over broad temperature range
- Low audible (buzz) noise : a gapless structure achieved with metal composite core, ±20% tolerance
- High efficiency : low DC resistance of winding and low eddy-current loss of the core
- Shielded construction, AEC-Q200 compliant, -40 to +150°C operating temperature range
- 6mm size, 10μH inductance, 54.2mohm typ DCR (at 20°C), 4.5A typ rated current (△T= 40K)
