Product Overview
EEFCX0J101R is a SP-Cap™ CX conductive polymer aluminium electrolytic capacitor. This surface-mount (SMT) capacitor utilizes a conductive polymer as its electrolyte material in a layered aluminium design. SP-Cap™ capacitor is primarily used as input and output capacitor for DC/DC converters due to ultra-low ESR values, high voltage options and the ability to withstand high reflow temperatures.
- Capacitance is 100µF with ±20% tolerance
- 0.015ohm ESR
- 2000 hours at 105°C endurance
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 105°C
- 5.1A ripple current
- Voltage(DC) is 6.3V
- 4.3mm product width
- Low profile
