6SVPE220MW is an OS-CON™ SVPE series aluminium-polymer solid capacitor. OS-CON™ capacitor utilizes aluminium and a high conductivity polymer material to offer low ESR, excellent noise reduction, and ripple current capabilities. OS-CON™ SVPE part is characterized by a long life span and minimal changes in ESR throughout the entire rated temperature range. It can be used widely in industrial applications.
  • Capacitance is 220µF with ±20% tolerance
  • 0.015ohm ESR
  • 2000hours at 105°C endurance
  • Operating temperature range from -55°C to 105°C
  • 5.1A ripple current
  • Voltage(DC) is 6.3V
  • 5.9mm x 5mm product height x product diameter
  • Very low ESR
  • High temperature reflow solder capable
  • Highly stable temperature characteristics
