Product Overview
G6QE-1A4 DC12 is a PCB power relay. The power consumption reduced to 12% compared with rated coil consumption by lowering the applied voltage to the coil after applying nominal voltage for 100ms relay operation (reduced to 35% from rated coil voltage). Lineup features model with C-UL, TUV, and CQC certification as standard, and models compliant with the electrical appliance. Application examples includes home appliances, FA equipment, industrial machinery.
- Miniature and low height single-pole power relay with 36A switching current
- Achieved 10kV impulse withstand voltage (between coil and contacts)
- (IEC/EN) 60079-15 explosion proofing approval obtained
- 1 number of pole, SPST-NO (1a) contact form, 12VDC rated coil voltage
- Sealed enclosure rating (C-UL certification is excluded for 480VAC)
- 116.7mA rated current, 102.9ohm coil resistance, 480VAC max switching voltage
- 1400mW approximate power consumption, 36A max switching current
- 1,000,000 operations min. (at 18,000 operations/h) mechanical durability
- 20ms max operate time, 10ms max release time, 1000Mohm min insulation resistance
- Ambient operating temperature range from -40°C to +60°C (when applying rated coil voltage)
