Product Overview
The MOX300 series from Ohmite are Mini-Mox 0.50W thick film axial terminal precision resistors. This Mini-Mox high voltage/high resistance resistors are very versatile, covering a wide resistance range as well as a wide range of operating voltages. It is provided with tolerances down to 1%, this resistor works well in precision circuits. Suitable for use with avionics, medical electronics, current pulse limiters, high gain feedback applications, vacuum and space applications.
- Metal oxide resistor, epoxy coating, alumina core
- Solder-coated axial terminals
- Resistance range from 500Kohm to 2500 ohm, tolerance range from 0.1% to 20%
- Voltage rating is 1KV
- Operating temperature from -55°C to +155°C
- Available in 100ppm/°C, 200ppm/°C, 300ppm/°C TCR values
- High voltage resistor
