Product Overview
MPXV7025GC6U is a MPXV7025 series piezoresistive transducer. It is a state-of-the-art monolithic silicon pressure sensor designed for a wide range of applications, but particularly those employing a microcontroller or microprocessor with A/D inputs. This patented, single element transducer combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin-film metallization, and bipolar processing to provide an accurate, high level analogue output signal that is proportional to the applied pressure. Typical applications include respiratory systems, process control, patient monitoring and remote monitoring devices.
- 5% maximum error over 0° to 85°C
- Ideally suited for microprocessor or microcontroller-based systems
- Gauge pressure type configuration
- Patented silicon shear stress strain gauge
- Single port, thermoplastic (PPS) surface mount package
- Pressure range of ±25KPa, 0.384VDC min pressure offset and 4.89VDC full scale output
- Supply voltage range from 4.75 to 5.25VDC
- 10mAdc supply current, ±5%VFSS accuracy, 90mV/Kpa typ sensitivity
- 8 lead SOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
