Product Overview
867112-03 is a PXIe-SMU5102 PXI SMU bundle. It includes the 5-slot PXIe-1083 PXI chassis and the 20W PXIe-4137 PXI source measure unit. The PXIe-4137 features analogue-to-digital converters to help you perform high-precision measurements for applications including manufacturing test, board-level test, and lab characterization with devices such as ICs, power management ICs (PMICs), and RFICs and discrete devices including LEDs and optical transceivers. The included chassis features all hybrid connectors, 58W power and cooling, and an integrated Thunderbolt™ 3 MXI-Express controller.

- SMUs with 4-quadrant operation
- PXI source measure units (SMUs) combine power, precision, and speed into a single instrument
- 100fA current sensitivity, ±200V voltage range
