Product Overview
IRQ-54/2.8-W80NB-C is an IRQ-W80 series 150W ultra-wide input encapsulated quarter-brick isolated DC-DC converter. This converter comes in a fully encased industry standard quarter brick package offering astonishing efficiencies. Typical applications include industrial, railway, and transportation. This is an isolated power converter and fixed frequency operations mean excellent efficiencies. A wealth of electronic protection features includes input under voltage lockout, output over-voltage protection, over current protection, over temperature protection, output current limit, short circuit hiccup, Vout overshoot, and over-temperature shutdown. Certified to UL 60950-1, CAN/CSA C22.2 60950-1, 2nd edition.
- Operating input voltage range from 16 to 160V, 10:1 input voltage range
- Nominal output voltage is 54VDC (set point, Vin=Nominal, Io=0A, Ta=25°C)
- Operating output current is 2.8A(typ), efficiency is 85% (Vin=24V, 100% load)
- Negative on/off logic, baseplate, Vout trim, reinforced insulation, baseplate
- Hold up time (10-30mS, with external cap)
- UVLO set up (resistor programmable)
- Typical isolation is 4242VDC (input to output), typical switching frequency is 280KHz
- Operating ambient temperature range from -40 to 85°C
- Outline dimension (L x W x H) is 61.21 x 39.62 x 13mm
