Product Overview
MP013911 is a fast printing filament for 3D printer. It is a modified version of ABS material. Compared to conventional ABS, it exhibits lower shrinkage and superior interlayer adhesion, reducing the likelihood of warping and cracking during printing. It contains low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) components, resulting in a reduced odour during the printing process, making it more comfortable and stress-free. This material is optimized for high-speed printing, maintaining its performance even at higher speeds, providing an excellent printing experience. Additionally, it can be acetone polished to eliminate layer lines and further enhance the print quality. Application includes machine, mould, toy, electrical and electronic, appliances, car.
- Black colour, ABS+HS 3D printing filament (1.75mm, 1Kg). High-Speed Printing Filament
- 1.04g/cm density, 89°C heat distortion temp (0.45MPa)
- 6g/10min melt flow index (220°C/10kg), 28MPa tensile strength
- 8/10 durability, 50 to 300mm/s printing speed range
- Recommended build surfaces are high temperature tape, PVP solid glue
- 3D print, FDM print processing method
- Extruder temperature range from 230°C to 270°C
- Recommended temperature is 240°C
