Product Overview
MP013883 is a PLA+High-Speed red color filament for a 3D printer (1.75mm, 1Kg). Fast printing requires materials that can melt and cool quickly. However, to balance the speed of material melting and cooling, the physical properties of materials printed using fast techniques usually experience some decline. To provide 3D printed products with superior mechanical performance under fast printing conditions, it has conducted numerous tests on various rapid formulations. As a result, which is specifically designed to match high-speed printing and offers enhanced toughness. applications include 3D printing, prototyping, arts and crafts, production.
- Stronger resilience, High-Speed Printing Filament
- Excellent printability, lines are not easily brittle and broken
- 1.24g/cm³ density, 54°C heat distortion temp (0.45MPa)
- 5.2g (190°C/2.16kg) melt flow index (10min), 32MPa tensile strength
- 4/10 durability, 100% fan speed, 50 to 300mm/s printing speed range
- Recommended build surfaces are making paper, PVP solid glue, PEI
- Filament form, 3D print/FDM print processing method, red colour
- Extruder temperature range from 210°C to 230°C
- Recommended temperature is 215°C
