Product Overview
The Multicomp Pro MCMT series are automotive grade SMD multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) with NP0 (C0G) dielectric which provides high electrical precision, stability and reliability. These MLCC capacitors consists of a conducting material and electrodes with high density and high efficiency ceramic condensers. The MCMT series has tighten controlling in quality in line to assure quality performance in automotive applications. These are typically used for navigation & information equipments, entertainment equipments, comfortable equipments and automotive electronic equipment.
- Small size with higher capacitance values
- Automotive grade AEC-Q200 qualified
- EIA 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210 case sizes available
- Capacitance value ranging from 0.5pF to 0.01uF
- Available in ±0.05pF, ±0.1pF, ±0.25pF, ±0.1pF, ±0.25pF, ±0.5pF, ±1%, ±2%, ±5%
- Rated voltage of 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, 100V, 200V, 250V, 500V, 630V
- Cu/Ni/Sn termination
- Capacitance characteristic of ±30ppm/°C
