Product Overview
MCP65R41T-1202E/CHY is a push-pull and open-drain output comparator offered with an integrated reference voltage. This comparator operates with a single-supply voltage as low as 1.8V to 5.5V, which makes it ideal for low-cost and/or battery-powered applications. This comparator is optimized for low-power, single-supply applications with greater than rail-to-rail input operation. The output limits supply current surges and dynamic power consumption while switching. The internal input hysteresis eliminates output switching due to internal noise voltage, reducing current draw. Typical applications include laptop computers mobile phones, hand-held metering systems, hand-held electronics, RC timers, alarm and monitoring circuits, and window comparators.

- 2% reference voltage tolerance, 1.21V (typical) initial reference voltage
- Quiescent current per comparator is 2.5µA typ (IOUT = 0, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND, TA = 25°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 80dB typ (VCM = VSS, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND, TA = +25°C)
- Propagation delay (High-to-Low) is 4µs typ (VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND, TA = +25°C)
- Input offset voltage range from -10 to +10mV (VCM = VSS, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND, TA = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 70dB typ (VCM = -0.3V to 5.3V, TA = +25°C)
- Supply voltage range from 1.8 to 5.5V (VSS = GND, TA = +25°C)
- Capacitive load is 200pF typ (VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND, TA = +25°C)
- 6 pin SOT-23 package, extended operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
