Product Overview

MCP6411T-E/LTY is an operational amplifier that operates with a single supply voltage as low as 1.7V while drawing a low quiescent current. In addition, the MCP6411 is unity gain stable and has a gain bandwidth product of 1MHz (typical). This combination of features supports battery-powered and portable applications. It has enhanced EMI protection to minimize any electromagnetic interference from external sources. This feature makes it well-suited for EMI-sensitive applications such as power lines, radio stations, and mobile communications. The application includes portable medical instruments, safety monitoring, battery-powered systems, remote sensing, supply current sensing, and analogue active filters.
  • Unity gain stable no phase reversal, rail-to-rail input/output
  • Input offset voltage range from –1.0 to 1.0mV (VDD = 3.5V; VCM = VDD/4, TA= +25°C)
  • Power supply rejection ratio is 90dB typ (VCM = VDD/4, TA= +25°C)
  • Common mode rejection ratio is 90dB typ ( VDD = 5.5V, VCM = –0.3V to 5.8V, TA= +25°C)
  • Supply voltage range from 1.72 to 5.5V (TA= +25°C, VDD = +1.72V to +5.5V)
  • Quiescent current is 47μA typ (IO = 0, VCM = VDD/4, TA= +25°C)
  • Gain bandwidth product is 1MHz (TA= +25°C, VDD = +1.72V to +5.5V)
  • Phase margin is 68° typ (G = +1 V/V, TA= +25°C, VDD = +1.72V to +5.5V)
  • Slew rate is 0.5V/μs typ (TA= +25°C, VDD = +1.72V to +5.5V, VSS= GND)
  • 5LD SC-70 package, extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
