Product Overview

MCP6062-E/SN is a dual high precision operational amplifier. It has low input offset voltage (±150µV, maximum) and rail-to-rail input and output operation. This family is unity gain stable and has a gain bandwidth product of 730KHz (typical). This device operates with a single supply voltage as low as 1.8V, while drawing low quiescent current per amplifier (60µA, typical). This feature makes the op-amp well suited for single-supply, high precision, battery-powered applications. It is designed with Microchip’s advanced CMOS process. Application includes automotive, portable instrumentation, sensor conditioning, battery powered systems, medical instrumentation, test equipment, analogue filters.
  • Input offset voltage range from -150 to +150µV (VDD = 3.0V, VCM = VDD/3, TA= +25°C)
  • Quiescent current per amplifier is 60µA typ (IO = 0, VDD = 6.0V, VCM = 0.9VDD)
  • Supply voltage range from 1.8 to 6.0V (VSS= GND, TA= +25°C)
  • Power supply rejection ratio is 87dB typ (VCM = VSS, VDD = +1.8V to +6.0V, VSS= GND, TA= +25°C)
  • Common mode rejection ratio is 89dB typ (VCM = -0.15V to 1.95V, VDD = 1.8V)
  • Gain bandwidth product is 730KHz typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8 to +6.0V, VSS = GND)
  • Slew rate is 0.25V/µs typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8 to +6.0V, VSS = GND)
  • Phase margin is 61° typ (G = +1 V/V, TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8 to +6.0V, VSS = GND)
  • 8 pin SOIC package, extended operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
