MCP6002T-I/MS is a MCP6002 family of dual low-power operational amplifier (op-amp). This op-amp is specifically designed for general-purpose applications. Typical applications include automotive, portable equipment, photodiode amplifier, analogue filters, notebooks and PDAs, battery-powered systems.
  • Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 6.0V
  • 1MHz (typical) gain bandwidth product
  • Rail-to-rail input/output
  • Quiescent current per amplifier IQ = 100µA (typical)
  • Phase margin of 90° (typical)
  • 86dB typ PSRR power supply rejection ratio at VCM = VSS
  • 76dB typ CMRR common mode rejection ratio at VCM = -0.3V to 5.3V, VDD = 5V
  • Output short circuit current of ±6mA at VDD = 1.8V and ±23mA at VDD = 5.5V
  • 8-lead plastic MSOP package
  • Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
