A3P1000-FGG144I is an ultra-low-density FPGA. It offers performance, density, and features beyond those of the ProASICPLUS® family. Non-volatile flash technology gives ProASIC3 devices the advantage of being a secure, low-power, single-chip solution that is Instant On. It is reprogrammable and offers time-to-market benefits at an ASIC-level unit cost. Its features enable designers to create high-density systems using existing ASIC or FPGA design flows and tools. It offers 1kbit of on-chip, reprogrammable, non-volatile FlashROM storage as well as clock conditioning circuitry based on an integrated phase-locked loop (PLL). ProASIC3 device supports the ARM Cortex-M1 processor.
- 1,000,000 system gates, 24,576D-flip-flops VersaTiles, 144Kbits RAM (1,024 bits)
- 32 4,608-bit blocks, 1Kbits flash ROM, secure (AES) ISP
- 1 integrated PLL in CCCs, 18 VersaNet globals, 4 I/O banks, 300 maximum user I/Os
- Instant on level 0 support, single-chip solution, retains programmed design when powered off
- Core voltage for low power, support for 1.5V-only systems, low-impedance flash switches
- Segmented, hierarchical routing and clock structure
- Six CCC blocks, one with an integrated PLL, I/O registers on input, output, and enable paths
- Hot-swappable and cold sparing I/Os, programmable output slew rate and drive strength
- Weak pull-up/-down, IEEE 1149.1 (JTAG) boundary scan test
- 144-pin LFBGA package, operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
