Product Overview
TCJY157M016R0050E is a TCJ series conductive polymer solid electrolytic chip capacitor. Exhibiting low ESR, this capacitor is used for general use in commercial, industrial, networking and other applications. The conductive polymer electrode exhibits a benign failure mode under recommended use conditions. It is used in smart phone, tablets, notebook, LCD TV and power supplies.
- Capacitance value is 150µF with ±20% tolerance
- ESR is 0.05ohm
- Ripple current is 400mA
- Voltage(DC) is 16V
- 7.3 x 4.3 x 2mm size (L x W x H)
