Product Overview

TCJA106M025R0150 is a TCJ series conductive polymer solid electrolytic chip capacitor. Exhibiting low ESR, this capacitor is used for general use in commercial, industrial, networking and other applications. The conductive polymer electrode exhibits a benign failure mode under recommended use conditions. It is used in smart phone, tablets, notebook, LCD TV and power supplies.
  • Capacitance value is 10µF with ±20% tolerance
  • ESR is 0.15ohm
  • Ripple current is 800mA
  • Voltage(DC) is 25V
  • 3.2 x 1.6 x 1.6mm size (L x W x H)
  • 3x reflow cycles according to J-STD-020
