U1561B is a 10:1, 500MHz passive probe. U1561B scope probe enhanced performance caters for a large bandwidth and a higher safety rating compared to U1561A. The passive probe is compatible with the U1600A Series Handheld Digital Oscilloscope.
- Safety rated for Cat III 1000V
- Input capacitance is +12pF
- 1.2m cable length
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 50°C
- Rise time is less than 1ns
- Input impedance is 10Mohm
