Product Overview
DSOX4054A is a 4000 X-series analogue channel oscilloscope. It boasts 12.1inch display, capacitive touch screen technology, InfiniiScan zone touch triggering, 1-million-waveforms/sec update rate, MegaZoom IV smart memory technology and standard segmented memory. It expands user measurement capabilities with full upgradability: Add bandwidth, digital channels, dual-ch 20MHz arbitrary WaveGen, 3-digit DVM, serial trigger and analysis and mask testing.

- Isolate signals in seconds with exclusive zone touch triggering
- 500MHz bandwidth, 5GSPS sampling rate, 700ps calculated rise time
- 1GHz bandwidth (-3dB), ≤ 450ps calculated rise time (10 to 90%)
- 500MHz system bandwidth with N2894A standard passive probe
- 1ns/div to 50s/div time base range, ±10ppm time base accuracy
- 2ns minimum detectable pulse width, 2ns typical channel-to-channel skew
- 1.25GSa/s maximum digital channels sample rate
- Capture more data with 4Mpts memory and standard segmented memory
