Product Overview
DP0032A is a 200MHz, 1500V differential probe. It is a high-voltage, differential active probes provide superior general-purpose differential signal measurements required for high-speed power measurements such as measuring characteristics of switching power devices, DC-DC converters or class D amplifiers, vehicle bus measurements, and high-speed digital system designs. As designs become more complex and the need for floating measurements grows, this differential probe enables floating measurements between any two points on a board and can also function as single-ended probes with one terminal connected to ground.
- 500/50:1 attenuation (high/low)
- AutoProbe interface
- 600Vrms CAT III absolute maximum rated input voltage
- ±1500V max differential measurement range (DC + AC peak)
- 10Mohm // 2pF differential input resistance
- Less than 100uV/°C offset drift, 1Mohm output drive
- Operating ambient temperature range from 0 to 55°C
- 1.5m cable length
