The 5805-12 from Keithley is a Kelvin probe for use with series 2400 SourceMeter SMU instruments, 2750, DMMs. The 2 spring-loaded test probes red and black with banana plug termination. Designed to be used with Keithley instruments that measure 4 terminal resistance and in-circuit current. 1⁄8inch spacing between pin tips.
