TLE98932QTW62SXUMA1 is a microcontroller with CAN-FD and NFET driver for BLDC applications. It is a fully integrated 3-phase motor driver with the industry standard Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, enabling the implementation of advanced motor control algorithms. It includes a bridge driver to drive upto six external power NFETs for 3-phase motor control. A dual-stage charge pump enables low voltage operation and programmable charge current profile along with adaptive MOSFET control for optimized EMC. Its peripheral set includes a current sense amplifier, two successive approximation ADCs that can be synchronized with the capture and compare unit 7 for PWM generation, and several 16bit timers. A CAN-FD transceiver and MULTICAN+ controller is integrated as well to enable CAN-FD communication along with a number of general-purpose I/Os. It includes an on-chip linear voltage regulator to supply external loads.
- 32bit Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, upto 60MHz clock frequency, Harvard architecture
- 256Kbyte flash memory (4Kbyte cached) + 32Kbyte dual flash
- 32Kbyte boot ROM memory (used for device firmware), on-chip oscillator and PLL for clock generation
- 31Kbyte RAM memory + 1Kbyte secure RAM memory, independent programmable window watchdog
- Thumb®-2 Instruction set and hardware divide and multiplication unit
- Capture/compare unit for PWM signal generation (CCU7) with 5x 16bits timers
- Operating supply voltage range from 5.5V to 28V, ESD susceptibility
- Security: Layered access right management, secured boot and key storage
- Integrated CAN-FD transceiver, power saving modes
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 175°C, TQFP-48 package
