Product Overview
PVT322ASPBF is a surface-mount, PVT322A series, microelectronic power IC in a surface mount package. The PVT322A series photovoltaic relay is a dual pole, normally open solid-state relay that can replace electromechanical relays in many applications. It utilizes International Rectifier’s HEXFET power MOSFET as the output switch, driven by an integrated circuit photovoltaic generator of novel construction. The output switch is controlled by radiation from a GaAlAs light emitting diode (LED) which is optically isolated from the photovoltaic generator. Typical applications include on/off hook switch, tip and ring line switching and general switching.
- Operating voltage range from 0 to ±250V(DC or AC peak)
- Maximum load current is 170mA at TA=+40°C, maximum peak load current is 500mA
- Minimum control current is 2mA, maximum reverse voltage is 6V
- Maximum output capacitance of 50pF
- HEXFET power MOSFET output
- Bounce-free operation
- 4,000VRMS I/O isolation
- Linear AC/DC operation
- UL recognized
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
