KITAURIXTC275LITETOBO1 is an AURIX™ TC275 lite kit which is equipped with a 32bit single-chip AURIXTM TriCore™ based-microcontroller Aurix™ TC275. It can be used with a range of development tools including AURIX™ Development Studio, Infineon’s free of charge Eclipse based IDE, or the Eclipse based “FreeEntryToolchain” from Hightec/PLS/Infineon.
- 200MHz CPU Core AURIX™ in PG-LQFP176-22 package with 20MHz external crystal freq
- 4Mbyte flash and 384KB usable for EEPROM emulation data memory AURIX™
- 93LC46B-I/Sn debugger: 1 Kbyte external flash, 12MHz external crystal freq, USB3.0 or DAP connector
- Power: on-board debugger micro-AB USB interface, 5V external powering
- Connectors: Most AURIX™ pins available on expansion connectors (X1, X2), CAN connector
- Connector: 2 Infineon Shield2Go, Arduino compatible connector for 3.3V, mikroBUS™, micro-USB
- CAN transceiver TLE9251VSJ from Infineon and 1 user push-button, 3 user LEDs
- Reset push-button
- Potentiometer (10kOhm) for variable analogue input
- Board dimension is 66.3 x 131.0mm²
