Product Overview
CYW4373IUBGT is a 1x1 dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) + Bluetooth® 5.2 combo device. It features 1x1 dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) and Bluetooth® 5.2. Included on-chip are 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz power amplifiers and low-noise amplifiers. It offers a USB hub and SDIO Wi-Fi host interfaces with the CYW4373E also offering PCIe. Common USB hub between Wi-Fi and BT eliminates external USB hub IC and enables driving long, low-cost cables for printers and DTV. The application includes IoT, gateways, smart speakers, audio, printers, DTV, IP cameras, doorbells.

- Dual-Band ePA/eLNA reference design available for increased range
- 2.4GHz Internal TR Switch (iTR) / 5GHz External TR Switch (eTR)
- Dedicated Bluetooth® (dLNA) path for best coexistence for Audio
- BT RX path shared with WLAN RX path for reduced antenna count (sLNA)
- Host controller interface (HCI)-over-UART, dedicated Bluetooth path for best Coex performance
- Complies with Bluetooth® core specification version 5.2
- 2-wire SECI for external BT/LTE, 3-wire GCI, SDIO/SPI/PCIe/USB WI-FI interface
- Linux, Android, RTOS operating system support, UART/PCM Bluetooth interface
- WLCSP-128 (002-17035) package, -40°C to 85°C operating temperature
