CY8C4245AZI-483 is a programmable system-on-chip (PSoC®). It is a scalable and reconfigurable platform architecture for a family of mixed-signal programmable embedded system controllers with an Arm® Cortex™-M0 CPU. It combines programmable and reconfigurable analogue and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing. It is a combination of a microcontroller with digital programmable logic, high-performance analogue-to-digital conversion, op-amps with Comparator mode, and standard communication and timing peripherals. The PSoC 4200 products will be fully upward compatible with members of the PSoC 4 platform for new applications and design needs. The programmable analogue and digital sub-systems allow flexibility and in-field tuning of the design.
- 12bit resolution, 1msps sample rate, ARM Cortex-M0+ CPU
- Comparators (2), continuous time blocks (1), 32Kbyte flash, 48MHz max frequency
- 36 GPIOs, 36 I/O pins, operating voltage range from 1.71V to 5.5V
- Operational amplifier (2), 4Kbyte SRAM, serial communication blocks (2)
- Timer/counter/PWM Blocks (4), universal digital blocks (4)
- Two low-power comparators that operate in deep sleep mode (programmable analogue)
- Any GPIO pin can be CapSense, LCD, analogue, or digital, drive modes
- Cypress-supplied software component makes capacitive sensing design easy
- 20nA stop mode with GPIO pin wakeup, automatic hardware tuning (SmartSense™)
- Operating industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, package style is 8-TQFP
