CY8C4126AXI-S433 is a PSoC™ 4 MCU. It is a scalable and reconfigurable platform architecture for a family of programmable embedded system controllers with an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU. It combines programmable and reconfigurable analogue and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing. The PSoC™ 4100S product family is a member of the PSoC™ 4 platform architecture. It is a combination of a microcontroller with standard communication and timing peripherals, a capacitive touch-sensing system (CAPSENSE™) with best-in-class performance, programmable general-purpose continuous-time and switched-capacitor analogue blocks, and programmable connectivity. PSoC™ 4100S products are upward compatible with members of the PSoC™ 4 platform for new applications and design needs.
- 12bit resolution, 806KSPS sample rate, ARM Cortex-M0+ CPU
- Comparators (2), continuous time blocks (1), 64Kbyte flash, 24MHz max frequency
- 36 GPIOs, 36 I/O pins, 16 I/O pins (smart), operating voltage range from 1.71V to 5.5V
- Operational amplifier (2), 8Kbyte SRAM, serial communication blocks (3)
- Timer/counter/PWM Blocks (5), automatic hardware tuning (SmartSense)
- Programmable logic blocks allowing boolean operations to be performed on port inputs and outputs
- LCD drive capability, LCD segment drive capability on GPIOs
- Timing and pulse-width modulation, five 16bit Timer/Counter/Pulse-width Modulator (TCPWM) blocks
- Clock sources, 32KHz watch crystal oscillator (WCO), ±2% internal main oscillator (IMO)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, package style is 44-pin TQFP
