Product Overview
SP1A-DISPENSER is a programmable automatic/manual glue solderpaste dispenser system supplied with all required accessories. It is used for precise control of pneumatically controlled dispensing of liquids, glues, solder paste etc. The material pressure can be precisely adjusted with the integrated compressed air regulator and allows for precision dispensing of Solder paste and or adhesives etc. The unit has an adjustable time and vacuum suck back feature to aid accurate and easy dispensing. There are 16 operating modes for the operator to choose from. Users can choose manual mode, semi-automatic mode and full-automatic mode for dispensing.
- Display screen is available to show the exact dispensing time
- Dispensing time can be adjusted exactly from 00.01s-99.99s
- Interval duration also can be controlled exactly from 0.1s-9.9s
- Compact size to save working space
- Compatible with almost all adhesives or fluid, dispensing volume can be set and controlled freely
- Vacuum suck back suction function stops the dilute fluid from unnecessary dripping from the tip
- Can be easily assembled and disassembled, controlled by foot pedal manual mode dispensing time
- Input voltage is 230VAC (50Hz), 10-100PSI air input, 1-80PSI air output
- Size is 23.5 x 15.6 x 5.8cm
