Product Overview
EXCELSYS COOLX®1000 series 1000W fanless, intelligent modular power supply. This is the world’s only fanless 1000W modular power supply in U-channel design, without any requirement for fan or base plate cooling, eliminating acoustic noise detrimental to scientific and medical applications, as well as applications sensitive to vibration or where fan cooling is not available. This offers increased flexibility by allowing system designers to monitor and control power supply performance essential for staving off process disruption using either analogue or digital communications (PMBus™). Standard application includes test and measurement, industrial macines, automation equipment, printing, telecommunications, audio equipment (industrial), harsh industrial electronics, radar, communications, test and measurement (Hi Rel). Approved by certifications IEC60950, IEC62368-1, ISO 9001:2015 (industrial), MIL-STD-810G (defence/aero).
- Nominal input voltage range from 100 to 240VAC (Universal input 47 to 440Hz)
- Auxiliary output voltage is 12V, maximum output current is 1.96A (Aux voltage option A)
- Unpopulated cool mods, unconfigured settings+CoolPac option
- Overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, over temperature protection
- 6 slots, input to output isolation is 4000VAC (reinforced (2 x MOPP)
- Safety approved to 5000m altitude, field-configurable-plug, play power
- No acoustic noise or vibrations, reverse energy protection- no blocking diodes required
- Reverse energy protection-no blocking diodes required, 24W standby power
- Temperature range from -40 to 85°C (operates to specification below -20°C after 10min warmup)
- Dimensions (L x W x H) is 259.5mm x 164mm x 40.6mm, 5 years warranty
