DRTR5V0U4LP16-7 is a 4 channel low capacitance TVS diode array designed to protect sensitive electronics from the damage due to ESD. The combination of small size and high ESD surge capability makes it ideal for use in portable applications such as cellular phones, digital cameras, and MP3 players. Typical applications include cellular handsets, portable electronics and computers and peripheral.
- Provides ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 standard: Air ±30kV, Contact ±30kV
- Low Channel Input Capacitance
- 6A peak pulse current
- 300mW power dissipation
- 5.5V reverse standoff voltage
- 100nA channel leakage current at VR = 5V, Any I/O to GND
- 12V clamping voltage, positive transients at IPP = 1A, tp = 8/20μs
- 1.5pF channel input capacitance at VR = 0V, f = 1MHz, Any I/O to GND
- 6 pin 6UDFN1616 package
- Operating temperature range from -55 to 150°C
