Product Overview
74LVC541AQ20-13 is an octal buffer/driver is designed for driving bus lines or buffer memory address registers. The 3-state control gate is a 2-input AND gate with active-low inputs so that, if either output enable active low (OE1 or OE2) input is high, all eight outputs are in the high-impedance state. It features inputs and outputs on opposite sides of the package that facilitate printed circuit board layout. Typical applications include general purpose logic, bus driving, power down signal isolation and wide array of products such as PCs, notebooks, netbooks, ultrabooks, networking computer peripherals, hard drives, CD/DVD ROM, TV, DVD, DVR, Set Top Box.
- Octal buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs
- Sinks or sources 24mA at VCC = 3V
- CMOS low power consumption
- IOFF supports partial power down operation
- Supply voltage range from 1.65V to 3.6V
- Inputs can be driven by 3.3V or 5V allowing for mixed voltage applications
- Schmitt trigger action at all inputs
- ESD protection test per JESD 22 (Exceed 200V machine Mod(A115), Exceeds 2000V Human Body Mod(A114))
- 20 pin VQFN package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
