CY8C4245PVI-482 is a Programmable system-on-chip (PSoC®) microcontroller. It is a scalable and reconfigurable platform architecture for mixed-signal programmable embedded system controllers with an Arm® Cortex™-M0 CPU. It combines programmable and reconfigurable analogue and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing. It is based on this platform, and is a combination of a microcontroller with digital programmable logic, high-performance analogue-to-digital conversion, op-amps with comparator mode, and standard communication and timing peripherals. It will be fully upward compatible with members of the PSoC 4 platform for new applications and design needs. The programmable analogue and digital sub-systems allow flexibility and in-field tuning of the design. Application includes home appliances, hood fan.
- 48MHz max CPU speed, 32KB flash, 4KB SRAM, 4 UDB
- 1 op-amp (CTBm), CapSense, direct LCD drive, 1Msps 12bit SAR ADC
- 2 LP comparators, 4 TCPWM blocks, 2 SCB blocks, 24 GPIO
- 48MHz CPU speed, 32KB flash capacity
- Two current DACs (IDACs) for general-purpose or capacitive sensing applications on any pin
- Two low-power comparators that operate in deep sleep mode
- Four programmable logic blocks called UDBs, each with 8 Macrocells and data path
- Cypress-provided peripheral component library, user-defined state machines, and Verilog input
- Hibernate and deep sleep modes allow wakeup-time versus power trade-offs
- 28-SSOP package
