CY8C4125LQI-PS423 is based on Arm® Cortex™-M0+, PSoC™ microcontroller. It is a scalable and reconfigurable platform architecture for a programmable embedded system controller with an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU. It combines programmable and reconfigurable analogue and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing. PSoC™ 4100PS is a member of the PSoC™ 4 platform architecture. It is a combination of a microcontroller with standard communication and timing peripherals, a capacitive touch-sensing system (CAPSENSE™) with best-in-class performance, programmable general-purpose continuous-time and switched-capacitor analogue blocks, and programmable connectivity. The application includes automotive, diesel direct injection, and high-performance cockpit computers.
- 24MHz max CPU speed, DMA, 32KB flash, 4KB SRAM, 2VDAC (13-bit), 48MHz maximum frequency
- 10-bit CSD ADC, direct LCD drive, RTC, 806ksps 12bit SAR ADC, 32KB flash memory capacity
- 2 LP comparators, 8 TCPWM blocks, 2 SCB blocks, 8 Smart Ios, 38 GPIO
- Infineon’s fourth-generation CAPSENSE™ sigma-delta providing best-in-class SNR and water tolerance
- Infineon-supplied software component makes capacitive sensing design easy
- Automatic hardware tuning (SmartSense™), LCD drive supported on all pins (common or segment)
- Three independent serial communication blocks that are run-time configurable as I²C, SPI or UART
- Power supply input voltage (VCCD=VDD) range from 1.71 to 1.89V (VDD=3.3V, 25°C)
- Deep sleep mode with operational analogue and 2.5µA digital system current
- 48 pin QFN package, industrial temperature range from -40 to 85°C
