The CY7C68013A-56PVXC is a EZ-USB FX2LP USB microcontroller in 56 pin SSOP package. This device is an ideal solution for non-battery powered applications with suspend current of 300μA. It is a low power version of EZ-USB FX2 (CY7C68013). It integrates USB 2.0 transceiver, serial interface engine (SIE), enhanced 8051 microcontroller and programmable peripheral interface in a single chip. This microcontroller provides cost effective solution with superior time to market advantages for bus powered applications. The general programmable interface (GPIF) and endpoint FIFO (8bit or 16bit data bus) provides an easy and glueless interface to popular interfaces such as ATA, UTOPIA, EPP, PCMCIA and most DSP processors.
- USB 2.0, USB IF high speed certified
- Supply voltage range from 3V to 3.6V
- 16KB of on-chip code/data RAM
- Integrated I2C controller runs at 100KHz or 400KHz
- Vectored USB interrupts and GPIF/FIFO interrupts
- Two USARTs and three counter/timers
- Smart media standard ECC generation
- 24 GPIO's
- Expanded interrupt system and two data pointers
- Operating ambient temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
