ADA4637-1ACPZ-R2 is a 30V, high speed, low noise, low bias current, JFET operational amplifier. This wide bandwidth precision amplifier features low noise, very low offset, drift, and bias current. This device operates from ±5V to ±15V dual supply. This device provides benefits previously found in a few amplifiers. This amplifier combines the best specifications of precision DC and high-speed AC opamps. It is used in applications such as high-impedance sensors, photodiode amplifiers, precision instrumentation, phase-locked loop filters, high-end, professional audio, DAC output amplifiers, ATE, and medical.
- Offset voltage is 120µV typical at (VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 108dB typical at (VSY = ±4.5V to ±18V, TA = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 1pA typical at (VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Voltage noise density is 16.5nV/√Hz typical at (f = 10Hz, VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 110dB typical at (TA = 25°C, VCM = -11V to +11V)
- Large signal voltage gain is 120dB typical at (RL = 1Kohm, VO = -10V to +10V)
- Slew rate is 170V/µs typical at (±10V out, Cf = 4.8pF, AV = -4, TA = 25°C)
- Settling time to 0.1% is 200ns typical at (VOUT = 10V step, CL = 35pF, RL = +1Kohm, AV = -4)
