AD842JRZ-16 is a wideband, high output current fast settling op-amp. This device is fabricated using the Analog Device junction isolated complementary bipolar (CB) process. This process permits a combination of DC precision and wideband AC performance previously unobtainable in a monolithic opamp. This device offers extremely fast settling characteristics, typically settling to within 0.01% of the final value in less than 100ns for a 10V step. The 375V/µs slew rate of the device, along with its 80MHz gain-bandwidth product, ensures excellent performance in video and pulse amplifier applications. This amplifier is ideally suited for use in high-frequency signal conditioning circuits and wide bandwidth active filters. It is used in applications such as line drivers, DAC and ADC buffers, and video and pulse amplifiers.

- Input bias current is 4.2µA typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 115dB typical at (VCM = ±10V, TA = 25°C)
- Input voltage noise is 9nV/√Hz typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 80MHz typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 375V/µs typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Settling time is 80ns typical at (0.1%, TA = 25°C)
- Differential gain is 0.015% typical at (f = 4.4MHz, TA = 25°C)
- Differential phase is 0.035° typical at (f = 4.4MHz, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, 16-lead SOIC-W package
