The MR756 is a high current lead mounted Silicon Rectifier with epoxy moulded case, all external surface corrosion-resistant, terminal leads are readily solderable finish and cathode indicated by polarity band. The silicon rectifier features current capacity comparable to chassis mounted rectifier, very high surge capacity and insulated case.
- 720V Non-repetitive peak reverse voltage
- 420V RMS reverse voltage
- 1.25V at 100A Maximum instantaneous forward voltage drop
