The NP2RX-ULTIMATE from Neutrik is a 2 pole right angle 1/4" professional phone plug. This ultimatePLUG combines functions of silentPLUG and timbrePLUG in one product. It automatically mutes (shorts) an instrument (guitar) cable to avoid pops and squeals when changing the instrument (guitar) under load. The integrated silent switch is based on REED technology and guarantees a lifetime beyond 10000 mating cycles. It provides the possibility to change timbre of guitar sound from neutral, clear sound to warm characteristics in 4 steps by turning a knob on the plug. The ultimatePLUG has sleek attractive design for convenient handling.

- Avoid pops and squeals
- Hermetically sealed switching contacts
- Slim right angle plug with industry proven and reliable chuck type strain relief
- Gold plug finger, precision machined one piece contacts
- Cable outer diameter range from 4mm to 7mm
- Wire size is 18AWG (1mm²)
- Gold plated brass solder contacts, polyacetal + PU bushing and polyamide gasket
- Zinc die-cast shell with black chromium plating
- Temperature range from -20°C to 65°C
