Product Overview
1260-4SMG-480 is a 1260 series AC hybrid surge protective device designed to protect high-risk electrical service entrance and branch panels. Based on its advanced hybrid architecture (MOV + GDT technology), this series can provide excellent reliability and safety protection due to no leakage or follow current. This surge protective device is intended to be installed at the front end of the installation, in the main switchboard, close to sensitive terminals or in installations without LPS (lightning rods). Typical applications include electrical service entrance, branch panels, all power circuits, heavy industrial and EV charging stations.
- High energy MOV technology
- Operating voltage of 347/600VAC, 480VAC(delta)
- Four protected poles
- 250VAC maximum, 0.5A remote signal indicator
- IEC/EN 61643-11 compliant Class I + Class II / T1+T2 surge protective device
- Pluggable module for easy replacement
- High short-circuit current rating up to 50KArms, large surge energy capability up to 100KA per mode
- Impulse current capacity up to 25KA 10/350μs
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- Thermoplastic UL 94V0 enclosure, 35mm DIN-rail symmetrical mounting, IP20 rated
