Product Overview

TCJB226M010R0300 is a TCJ series conductive polymer solid electrolytic chip capacitor. Exhibiting low ESR, this capacitor is used for general use in commercial, industrial, networking and other applications. The conductive polymer electrode exhibits a benign failure mode under recommended use conditions. It is used in smart phone, tablets, notebook, LCD TV and power supplies.
  • Capacitance value is 22µF with ±20% tolerance
  • ESR is 0.3ohm
  • Ripple current is 600mA
  • Voltage rating is 10VDC
  • 3.5 x 2.8 x 1.9mm size (L x W x H)
