Product Overview
1812CC104KAZ2A is a high voltage MLC chip FLEXITERM® capacitor. This high voltage MLC chip capacitor meet this performance characteristics and is designed for applications such as snubbers in high frequency power converters, resonators in SMPS, and high voltage coupling/DC blocking. These high voltage chip designs exhibit low ESRs at high frequencies. To make high voltage chip, larger physical sizes than are normally encountered are necessary. The FLEXITERM® layer is designed to enhance the mechanical flexure and temperature cycling performance of a standard ceramic capacitor, giving customers a solution where board flexure or temperature cycle damage are concerns.
- 0.1µF capacitance
- 630V DC voltage
- Capacitance tolerance of ±10%
- X7R dielectric
- Wraparound capacitor terminals
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
- Temperature characteristic is ±15ppm/°C (0 VDC)
- Minimum 120% rated voltage for 5 seconds at 50mA max current dielectric strength
