Product Overview

The MAX4239ASA+ is an ultra low offset/drift, low noise, precision amplifier in 8 pin NSOIC package. The high precision amplifier offers near-zero DC offset and drift through the use of patented autocorrelating zeroing techniques. This method constantly measures and compensates the input offset eliminating drift over time, temperature and the effect of 1/f noise. It features rail to rail outputs, operate from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and consume only 600μA. An active low shutdown mode decreases supply current to 0.1μA. Typical applications include thermocouples, strain gauges, electronic scales, medical instrumentation and instrumentation amplifiers.
  • Stable with AV ≥ 10V/V and a gain bandwidth product of 6.5MHz
  • Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
  • Ultra low offset voltage of 0.1μV
  • Low drift of 10nV/°C
  • Low noise of 1.5μVP-P from DC to 10Hz
  • 150dB of AVOL, 140dB of PSRR and CMRR
  • Ground sensing input
  • Rail to rail output (RL = 1Kohm)
