Product Overview
The MAX353ESE+ is a precision, quad, SPST analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. It offers low on-resistance to match within 2ohm between channels and to remain flat over the analogue signal range (Δ3ohm max). The switch also offer low leakage (less than 250pA at +25°C and less than 6nA at +85°C) and fast switching (turn-on time less than 175ns and turn-off time less than 145ns). This device has extremely low charge injection, low power consumption and electrostatic discharge (ESD) greater than 2000V. It is fabricated with Analog Devices new improved 44V silicon-gate process. The 44V maximum breakdown voltage allows rail to rail analogue signal handling. CMOS inputs provide reduced input loading. Typical applications include sample and hold circuits, guidance and control systems, military radios, test equipments, communication systems, heads-up displays, PBX, PABX and battery powered applications.
- Maximum channel on-resistance is 80 ohm at TA = +25°C with single supply
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Two normally open (NO) and two normally closed (NC) switches
- TTL/CMOS logic compatibility
- Rail to rail analogue signal handling capability
- Charge injection is less than 10pC, crosstalk is 85dB with dual supply
- Low power consumption of 35μW
- Single supply operation (+10V to +30V), bipolar supply operation (±4.5V to ±20V)
- Positive supply current of 0.0001µA at TA = +25°C, single supply
- 175ns tON and 95ns tOFF TA = +25°C with single supply
