Product Overview
MAX22441CAEE+ is a 4-channel, reinforced, ultra-low-power digital galvanic isolator using Analog Devices proprietary process technology. This device transfers digital signals between circuits with different power domains, using as little as 77.04µW per channel at 1Mbps (1.8V supply). The ultra-low-power feature reduces system dissipation, increases reliability, and enables compact designs. Devices are available with a maximum data rate of 10Mbps and with default-high or default-low outputs. The devices feature low propagation delay and low clock jitter, which reduces system latency. Independent 1.71V to 5.5V supplies on each side also make the devices suitable for use as level translators. It is used in applications such as 4-20mA loop process control, compact micro PLC, battery management, parasitically powered applications.

- Withstands ±10KV surge between GNDA and GNDB with 1.2µs/50µs waveform
- High CMTI (200kV/µs, min, high default output)
- 3000VRMS isolation voltage for 60s (VISO)
- 445VRMS continuous working voltage (VIOWM)
- Maximum data rate upto 10Mbps
- Propagation delay is 43.8ns typical at VDD = 3.3V, isolation voltage is 3kVRMS
- Clock jitter RMS is 35.0ps typical, channel configuration is 3/1
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, package style is 16-lead QSOP
