Product Overview
LTC6269 is a dual channel, FET-input operational amplifier with extremely low input bias current and low input capacitance. It also features low input referred current noise and voltage noise making it an ideal choice for high speed trans impedance amplifiers, CCD output buffers, and high-impedance sensor amplifiers. Its low distortion makes the device an ideal amplifier for driving SAR ADCs. It is widely used in application such as trans-impedance amplifiers, ADC drivers, CCD output buffer, photomultiplier tube post-amplifier, low IBIAS circuits etc.
- Gain bandwidth product is 500MHz typ
- –3dB bandwidth (A = 1) is 350MHz typ
- Low input bias current is ±3fA typ
- Current noise is 5.5fA/√Hz typ at (f = 100KHz)
- Voltage noise is 4.3nV/√Hz typ at (f = 1MHz)
- Input capacitance is 450fF typ, harmonic distortion is –90dB typ
- Rail-to-rail output, slew rate is 400V/µs typ
- Supply voltage range is 3.1V to 5.25V, quiescent current is 16.5mA typ
- Operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C
- Packaging style is 8-lead plastic MSOP
