Product Overview
LTC6260 is a quad, power efficient rail-to-rail I/O operational amplifier with low noise, low power, low supply voltage, and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. This unity gain stable with or without capacitive loads. The combination of low supply current, low supply voltage, high gain bandwidth product and low noise makes the LTC6258 family unique among rail-to-rail input/output op-amps with similar supply current. This operational amplifier is ideal for power efficient applications. It can be used as plug-in replacements for many commercially available op-amps to reduce power and improve input/output range and performance. Applications include micropower active filters, portable instrumentation, battery or solar powered systems, automotive electronics.
- 1.3MHz gain bandwidth product, 20µA low quiescent current
- C-Load™ op-amp drives all capacitive loads
- 100µV typical input offset voltage (VCM = V– + 0.3V, TA = 25°C)
- Supply voltage range from 1.8 to 5.25V (TA = 25°C, VSUPPLY = 5V, VCM = VOUT = VSUPPLY/2, CL = 10pF)
- 45dB at 1GHz EMI rejection ratio, 1.5µV/°C typ input offset voltage drift (VCM=V– + 0.3V, V+ – 0.3V)
- 95dB typical common mode rejection ratio (VCM = 0.3V to 3.5V, TA = 25°C)
- 90dB typical power supply rejection ratio (VCM = 0.4V, VS = 1.8V to 5.25V, TA = 25°C)
- 0.24V/µs typical slew rate (AV = –1, VOUT = 0.5V to 4.5V, CLOAD = 10pF, RF = RG = 10kohm)
- 0.025% typical total harmonic distortion and noise (f = 500Hz, AV = 2, RL = 4kΩ, VOUTP-P = 1V)
- 16 lead plastic MSOP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
