Product Overview
LTC6247 is a dual channel, low power, high speed unity gain stable rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier. The combination of high bandwidth, high slew rate, low power consumption and low broadband noise makes this amplifier unique among rail-to-rail input/output op-amps with similar supply currents. It is ideal for lower supply voltage high speed signal conditioning systems. It is widely used in application such as low voltage, high frequency signal processing, driving A/D converters, rail-to-rail buffer amplifiers, active filters, video amplifiers, fast current sensing amplifiers, battery powered equipment etc.
- Gain bandwidth product is 180MHz typ
- –3dB frequency is 120MHz typ
- Supply current per amplifier is 1mA typ
- High slew rate is 90V/µs typ
- Low broadband voltage noise is 4.2nV/√Hz
- Power-down mode is 42μA typ
- Supply voltage range is 2.5V to 5.25V
- Input bias current is 400nA typ
- CMRR is 110dB typ, open loop gain is 45V/mV typ
- Operating temperature is –40°C to 85°C, packaging style is 8-lead plastic MSOP
