Product Overview
LTC6246 is a single channel, low power, high speed unity gain stable rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier. The combination of high bandwidth, high slew rate, low power consumption and low broadband noise makes this amplifier unique among rail-to-rail input/output op-amps with similar supply currents. It is ideal for lower supply voltage high speed signal conditioning systems. This device can be used as a plug-in replacement for many commercially available op-amps to reduce power or to improve input/output range and performance. It is widely used in application such as low voltage, high frequency signal processing, driving A/D converters, rail-to-rail buffer amplifiers, active filters, video amplifiers, fast current sensing amplifiers, battery powered equipment etc.
- Gain bandwidth product is 180MHz typical, -3dB frequency (AV = 1) is 120MHz typical
- Low quiescent current is 1mA maximum, high slew rate is 90V/µs typical
- Input noise voltage density is 4.2nV/√Hz typical, fast output recovery
- Disable supply current per amplifier is 42μA typical
- Supply voltage range is 2.5V to 5.25V, input offset voltage is 50µV typical
- Input bias current is 400nA typical at (VCM = V+ – 0.5V, NPN mode)
- Short circuit current is 50mA typical, CMRR is 110dB typical
- Large signal voltage gain is 45V/mV typical
- Operating temperature is 0°C to 70°C
- Packaging style is 6-lead plastic TSOT-23
